What We Need From You
In order to comply with your request, we need you to submit your request to info@flyusa.com.
Once we receive your request and verify your identity, we will respond within 45 days, as required by law.
We need the following information from you.
- Full Name
- Email address (used at FlyUSA)
- Phone number
- Description of the request
Once this information is received, our data team will reach out to confirm your identity and make sure you are the person whose data is being requested for deletion, or I am legally authorized to make this request.
