All FlyUSA flights are operated by our DOT/FAA-authorized air carrier subsidiary (FlyUSA, Inc. AOC #Z3OA055M) or by an approved vendor air carrier. The FlyUSA Ascend Club and Non-Member On-Demand Charter programs are services of FlyUSA Holdings, Inc. (FlyUSA), an “Air Charter Broker” under DOT regulations. FlyUSA acts as authorized agent for the customer, to contract for transportation services with operators that are fully certified by the Federal Aviation Administration and the U.S. Department of Transportation under Part 135 Regulations or their foreign Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) equivalent.
