Common Jet Card Questions

  • To book a flight, contact your dedicated Private Aviation Advisor via phone or email.
  • Notice Required:
    • Domestic non-peak days: 72 hours notice
    • International non-peak days: 96 hours notice
    • Peak travel days: 120 hours notice

Unused Jet Card Funds expire 12 months after the end of the Usage Period. Once that time passes, the funds are forfeited.

Available aircraft categories:

  • Light Jet (up to 7 passengers)
  • Mid-Size Jet (up to 8 passengers)
  • Super Mid-Size Jet (up to 9 passengers)
  • Heavy Jet (up to 13 passengers)

Funds are kept as “restricted cash” in a separate account and are not moved to FlyUSA’s general operating account until a specific trip is booked, ensuring their security until use​.
