Don’t walk away from it

Don’t walk away from the money you already put into private aviation.

When you prepaid for private aviation, you expected that money to be available when you needed to fly. If your provider is no longer delivering the service you purchased, you may feel like your only options are to keep waiting or accept the loss. FLYUSA created another option: move forward — and earn it back. You don’t have to wait until a provider shuts down or enters bankruptcy to speak with us. If you’re having difficulty using your prepaid balance, booking contracted flights or accessing funds you’ve already deposited, we’ll confidentially review your situation.

Program Disclosure

The FLYUSA JetCard Recovery Program (“Program”) is offered at FLYUSA’s sole discretion and is subject to eligibility requirements, documentation verification, FLYUSA Ascend Club Gold Membership terms and conditions as modified for this Program, spending requirements, a maximum aggregate Program limit, applicable individual limits, and FLYUSA approval. Application does not guarantee qualification, and FLYUSA may modify, suspend or discontinue the terms of the Program at any time.

Recovery Credits are promotional flight credits issued solely by FLYUSA. Recovery Credits are not cash, refunds, deposits, securities, repayments, or an assumption, purchase, or guarantee of any liability or obligation owed to a customer by any other person or company, including a customer’s prior private aviation provider. FLYUSA is not affiliated with any customer’s prior private aviation provider. Participation in the Program does not require or involve, and is not conditioned upon, the assignment, transfer, waiver, or release of any claim a customer may have against a prior private aviation provider or its bankruptcy estate.

Recovery Credits have no cash redemption value, are non-transferable, and may be subject to expiration, aircraft availability, minimums, peak-period restrictions, geographic limitations, and other Program terms. The total amount of Recovery Credits available under the Program for all participants collectively is subject to the stated maximum aggregate limit of $100 million; an eligible customer’s ability to earn Recovery Credits up to their approved qualifying balance is subject to the availability of remaining Program capacity at the time of approval and thereafter.

By submitting documentation of a balance with a prior provider, a customer represents that the documentation is genuine and accurate and that such submission does not violate any terms of that customer’s agreement with the prior provider. FLYUSA reserves the right to independently verify any submitted balance, to deny or revoke eligibility, and to rescind or reclaim any Recovery Credits issued in reliance on inaccurate or fraudulent documentation.

“Recover up to 100%” refers to the ability of an eligible customer to earn FLYUSA Recovery Credits with a face value of up to the customer’s approved qualifying balance through sufficient qualifying FLYUSA flight spend at the applicable earning rate, and does not mean, guarantee, or imply that any specific amount will in fact be earned. Customers are responsible for any tax consequences arising from participation in the Program and should consult their own tax advisor.
